This section sets out the terms that apply to your use of the Movember website. Your continued use of our website indicates to Movember that you agree with these General Terms. We may change these General Terms from time to time, so please check back regularly.

Content created by Movember - Movember owns or licences from third parties all of the trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property that exists in our website. You must not copy or reproduce in any form any of the graphics, logos or other material on our website unless you have our specific permission. For the avoidance of doubt, you have our permission to download material from the Downloads page on our website.
Content posted by you - Any content that you post to our website (eg photos and videos) is your responsibility, and you must make sure that you have the necessary rights to post that content (eg by obtaining permission of copyright owners if necessary). By posting any content, you also give Movember a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free worldwide right to use and reproduce that content.
Keeping our website safe – We need your help to keep our website safe. Therefore, you must adhere to the following:

a. You must not collect user’s content using automated means

b. You must not upload viruses or other malicious code

c. You must not bully, intimidate or harass anyone

d. You must not post any content that infringes or violates someone else’s rights, or otherwise violates the law, or that is hateful, threatening, pornographic or violent
Movember’s disclaimer – Movember takes great care with its website and we endeavour to keep it accurate, error-free, and free of any offensive material. However, you use the site at your own risk and Movember will not be liable for any costs or losses you incur through your use of our website. Whilst we may include on our website links to third party websites or resources, Movember is not responsible for such third parties and you use those websites or resources at your own risk.
Hosting a Mo Party – if you register to host a Mo Party, we are happy to provide you with the materials in the Mo Party Kit, but organising and running the Mo Party is your responsibility. You will be responsible for taking care of all permits, permissions or other similar issues arising from the Mo Party that you organise and Movember will not have any liability in relation to any injury, damage or loss at a Mo Party.
Gala Parté Tickets – if you attend a Gala Parté, you will need to comply with the terms that are printed on the tickets.
Refunds – Movember is happy to refund your donation if you have made it in error. If you wish to request a refund then please contact us using the contact details in the Contact Us section of the Movember website relevant to the country in which you live.
Movember’s rights - Movember may remove any content posted by you, or prevent access by you to our website if you do not comply with these General Terms. Any failure by Movember to enforce our rights under these General Terms if you do not comply is not a waiver and we remain entitled to enforce our rights in relation to that or any other non-compliance by you.
Entities and governing law – the Movember entity and relevant law governing these General Terms depends on the country in which you live:

a. If you live in the USA, these General Terms form an agreement between you and Movember Inc. subject to the laws of California, USA;

b. If you live in Canada, these General Terms form an agreement between you and Movember Canada, subject to the laws of Ontario, Canada;

c. If you live in a country that forms part of the European Union, then these General Terms form an agreement between you and Movember Europe, subject to the laws of England and Wales; and

d. If you live in Australia, or in any other place not covered by paragraphs a, b, or c above, then these General Terms form an agreement between you and The Movember Group Pty Ltd, subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Unbelievable Promotion
TERMS & CONDITIONS

SCHICK HYRDRO UNBELIEVABLE PROMO

This promotion starts on the 31st of October 2011 and ends at midnight on the 8th of December 2011 and any entries received after this date will not be valid.
The promotion is open to all residents of the Republic of South Africa except the employees of Energizer Schick, Brandaxn and Movember and their respective advertising, media and PR Agencies, as well as the family members, consultants, directors, associates and trading partners of such organizations and persons.
All participants must be over the age of 18 years old at the date of entry, and will be required to exhibit valid identity documents as proof thereof.
To register consumers must enter their details (Full name and Email address) at www.movember.com under the South African page and raise funds as per the rewards program outlined in point 6 below.
To stand a chance to win registered member must raise funds for CANSA.
The number of entries is dependent on the funds raised
I. Raise R100 to receive the first entry into the competitions
II. Raise R200 to receive a second entry into the competition
III. Raise R400 to receive the third entry into the competition
All consumers who register under South Africa on www.movember.com and raise as per the rewards tiers above will receive one (1) free Schick Hydro 5 razor while stocks last – stocks are limited to 12 000 razors.
The One Day Only mechanism allows for people to pay anything from R 1.00 for the Schick Hydro razor where all proceeds are donated to Movember. All One Day Only entrants who pay above the required rewards outlined to qualify for the competition and would have to register on www.movember.com under South Africa to qualify for their entries into the draw for the ‘win-a-trip’ for two to Mombasa or a luxury resort of their choice to the value of R55K.
One registered member who has qualified as per the rewards program in point 6 above will win the prize of travel and transport as well as stay at a luxury resort for two(2) in Mombasa Kenya or a luxury resort of their choice to the value of R55K.
By entering the promotion, all entrants accept and agree to abide by these rules, terms and conditions.
The prize may not be exchanged for cash.
The winner will be selected by an independent auditor, by conducting a random draw, which will take place at midnight on the 8th December 2011. The winner will be contacted, on the 9th of December 2011, telephonically and or via e-mail. If the winner is not available for five consecutive days after the draw has taken place, the prize will be forfeited, and another draw will take place.
The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the draw
Energizer Schick, Brandaxn and Movember and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
Under no circumstances will the promoter be liable to anyone who enters this promotion for any indirect or consequential loss howsoever arising which may be suffered in relation to the promotion, whether as a result of any negligent act or omission or any default on the part of the promoter or otherwise.
The winner may be required to take part in publicity and participation in the competition is conditional upon agreement to take part in such publicity. Winners will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for any such publicity or otherwise. All and any materials, including publicity materials, will be the sole property of Energizer Schick, Brandaxn and Movember.
Neither Energizer Schick, Brandaxn or Movember , and their respective advertising, media and PR agencies, nor their trading partners shall be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or costs, howsoever arising, suffered by a participant in this promotion.
The promoter reserves the right to terminate, temporarily suspend or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control or technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
The laws of The Republic of South Africa govern these terms & conditions and participants agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
